Employee masters can create employees with various departments, designations, etc. Designations, departments, etc. can be customized through the masters. Each department can have a department head for approving the leave etc.
In Leave, the management administrator can customize the leave types available for the employees through the Leave Types master. In the leave type master, there is the option to add the number of leaves available in a year for each employee. Each employee can log in to the portal using the credential provided and apply for leave, and their department supervisor can approve the leave. HR managers also can see the leave taken by each employee.
The salary information of each employee can be updated in the employee master. Separate masters can be created for salary divisions like basic salary, type of allowances, etc.
In employee, master various documents for the employee can be uploaded like passport, visa, emirates ID, etc. along with issue date and expiry date. HR managers can always check the report for expiring documents, and separate email alerts can be set up along with each document type in the document type master.
Advanced Reports for each module are available in the HRMS software, and custom reports can be generated on demand by the customers.
Independent usernames and passwords can be provided to every employee as per the HR manager for logging into the application and applying for leave or submitting their documents for approval. The employee roles can be decided in by the administrator because every employee need not access all the modules of the software
